Annika Tamaki was a scholarship recipient in 2022-2023. She graduated in June 2024 from the UCLA School of Nursing and received her RN license shortly afterwards.

Since 2025, Annika has been working as an RN Case Manager at Monarch Hospice and Palliative Care in Sacramento, CA. In this role, she serves as the primary coordinator of care for patients and their families. Annika has become very passionate about hospice care and is dedicated to helping patients and their loved ones navigate the emotional and physical challenges that occur as people are nearing the end of their lives.
