No. Nurses Rock is about community, encouragement, and participation—not pace. We welcome Ambassador applicants with different running backgrounds and experience levels.

What matters most is your willingness to encourage others, represent BFF positively, and help build a welcoming community.

No. We're interested in authentic community connections, not simply follower counts.

An active social media presence can be valuable, but so can meaningful involvement in a run club, fitness community, volunteer organization, nonprofit, workplace, or other local community.

Community Ambassadors are expected to share a minimum of three original Nurses Rock and/or Bonnie Fang Foundation-related posts per month during the Ambassador term.

We also ask ambassadors to engage with relevant BFF and Nurses Rock content through likes, comments, shares, stories, and other meaningful engagement.

Content should be authentic and can include your training journey, race preparation, community activities, Foundation and scholarship stories, event promotion, or your personal Nurses Rock experience.

Yes. Community Ambassadors are expected to participate in the 2027 Nurses Rock 5K/10K and help support the event and its community throughout the Ambassador term.

Yes. Ambassadors are expected to attend the annual Ambassador Kickoff Meeting and participate in Ambassador Team meetings, which may be held in person or virtually.

Community Ambassadors may be asked to represent BFF and Nurses Rock at local races, run club meetups, expos, community events, packet pickup, race weekend activities, and other Foundation activations.

We understand that ambassadors have work, family, and other commitments and may not be able to attend every opportunity. We do expect ambassadors to remain actively involved throughout the term and participate whenever reasonably possible.

Yes. Community Ambassadors are expected to help raise or generate a minimum of $100 in support of the Bonnie Fang Foundation during the Ambassador term.

This can be accomplished through personal fundraising, peer-to-peer outreach, participation in Foundation fundraising campaigns, or other approved fundraising activities. Our goal is to make fundraising collaborative and achievable while helping support the Bonnie Fang Foundation's nursing scholarship mission.

Yes. Selected Community Ambassadors receive one complimentary entry to the 2027 Nurses Rock 5K/10K.

Sponsor products and special opportunities may occasionally be available, but they are not guaranteed benefits of the Ambassador Program.

Availability may be limited, and opportunities may be based on participation, achievement, product availability, or requirements established by a participating sponsor.

Possibly. Some partners may have specific expectations for ambassadors who receive their products.

Any applicable requirements will be clearly communicated to the ambassadors receiving those products.

The 2026–2027 Nurses Rock Community Ambassador term runs from October 2026 through May 2027.

Our Ambassador Team will carefully review each application. Selected applicants will be contacted regarding next steps.

Applicants are asked to submit a short 2–3 minute video as part of the application so we can get to know the person behind the application. No professional video is necessary—a video recorded on your phone is perfectly fine.

Selected applicants will receive the complete Nurses Rock Community Ambassador Program Guide, including detailed program expectations, Ambassador rewards and opportunities, the Ambassador Point System, program guidelines, and other information needed for the term.

If an Ambassador receives a sponsor-specific product or opportunity with additional requirements, those guidelines will be provided separately.
